gallery pics

hello again, the images are of the uh gallery. it's a huge space and many things could be done. it also has a cafe area which is open during the day for visitors staff and students (although pricey) There are other places on campus near by to get food
The space has a glazed roof, so there is a lot of natural daylight. previous exhibitions have had built enclosed spaces however that would be our responsibility. nevertheless the uni has several auditoriums which could be used to show reel performance work etc

group show opportunity

hello everybody

There is an opportunity to curate a group exhibition at the University of Hertfordshire Galleries, this is where I studied. I have been speaking to Matthew Shaul senior curator and operations manager is interested in the id ea. Is it possible to get some feedback from people regarding this.

I have e-mailed Matthew for more information regarding the gallery space and images of the space. once i have this information I will post it on the blog.

The proposal would have to be written up for August for an exhibition in 2010/11 as the gallery runs on a two year schedule.

I hope all are well

Franko and Tom, let me know when you will next be in Wysing. sorry to here about the troubles with the car.

hugs to all

Jon x
